4. 报关:我公司出口经验丰富，可以免费为您报关形式发票，清关率99.9%;如果您在发货前没有提供电子报关资料，请授权我司代为报关。如出口报关单有任何问题或损失，我公司将积极配合当地运营商更改发票等事宜，但我公司不负责赔偿。您也可以自行申报，也可以向我们的客服索取形式发票的模板。

5. 关税:无论何种运输方式，货物都要在目的国通过海关。货物价值超过目的国免税范围的，可以征收关税，收货人应当缴纳关税。我公司将宣布大约85%的免税率，关税是与货物的重量、种类、价值、体积、材料等因素有关，具体规定请咨询当地海关。对于需要自行申报的客户，我公司也会给客户一些体验建议，帮助客户尽量避免或降低关税。通常情况下，关税是由买方支付的，没有任何疑问，但请在发货前尽量与对方(买方或卖方)就关税达成一致，并考虑到可能的关税成本。因清关问题导致货物退运、毁损的，后果自负。
